Terms and Conditions of Withdrawal

In accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below, Carpi Car Services Company will reward the eligible customer by entering him into the draw for a chance to win prizes.

1. 1. The competition is open to all customers who purchase vouchers worth [250] during the period from [01-01-2024] to [09-27-2024].
2. 2. The prizes include [1 Nissan petrol car, 2 Chevrolet Groove cars, gold sets, in-kind gifts, and cruise tickets] and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prizes.
3. 3. The voucher is valid for 4 months from the date of purchase.
4. 4. The winners will be announced via all of Carpi’s social media sites and advertising and marketing channels.
5. 5. The winner of the draw will be chosen randomly based on the terms of the promotion, and the company’s decision will be final in such matters. The draw will take place under the supervision of the competent authorities (the Department of Economic Development).
6. 6. The promotional offer for all current and new Carpi Car Services customers inside and outside the country.
7. 7. The draw prize is non-transferable, and the winner must collect it personally within 30 days from the date of the draw.
8. 8. The draw prize will be displayed in all print, digital media, and/or the company’s website for promotional purposes only, and the company reserves the right to make changes at its sole discretion.
9. 9. Participants with vouchers agree that their name, company name, or photo will be used in the company’s marketing advertisements, print media, digital media, SMS, press releases, and website updates as part of the promotion without any claim for rights or compensation.
10. 10. If it is not possible to contact the winner or his contact details are not available to the company within a period of 15 working days after announcing the winning coupon, the company may, according to its measures alone, cancel the coupon for the winner.
11. 11. Employees working for the company are not entitled to participate in the promotion.
